By downloading, accessing or using Reduce.Care, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
What Reduce.Care does
Reduce.Care is a planning tool for voluntary, gradual reduction of habits and consumption. You choose your Current level, Target, Target Date, Active Days and other settings. The app organizes those choices into a plan; it does not decide what you should consume or do.
Results depend on your choices, circumstances and use. We do not guarantee any health, behavioral, financial or other outcome, including a particular amount saved or reduced.
Not medical care
Reduce.Care does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent a disease or condition. It is not a detox program, prescription, individualized medical advice or substitute for professional healthcare.
Do not rely on Reduce.Care instead of appropriate professional care. Some reductions can involve serious risk. Read Health & Safety before creating or changing a plan.
FREE and the 3-day PRO preview
New users receive a 3-day preview of PRO features. The preview does not start a subscription and there is no automatic charge. When it ends, the app returns to FREE. PRO-only configuration is kept so it can be available again if PRO is later purchased.
Purchases and Lifetime PRO
The current iPhone and Apple Watch product offers purchases through Apple’s App Store and In-App Purchase system. If Reduce.Care is offered through another store in the future, that store’s purchase terms will apply there. This does not mean an Android product is currently available.
The applicable store handles billing, payment processing and refunds under its own terms. PRO Lifetime is a one-time, non-consumable purchase, not a recurring subscription.
A valid PRO Lifetime entitlement will not later be removed merely to make the same features a new purchase. Access may change only where objectively required by law or platform rules, or where continued provision of the product becomes impossible. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Responsible and lawful use
You are responsible for the settings you choose and for using the service lawfully and safely. Do not misuse, interfere with, reverse engineer where prohibited by law, or attempt unauthorized access to the service. Do not use Reduce.Care to encourage unlawful or unsafe consumption by another person.
Intellectual property
Reduce.Care, its software, design, text, graphics, logos and other original content are owned by or licensed to AHC PRESSBURG s.r.o. Applicable store terms grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the app. They do not transfer ownership of the product or its content.
Availability, updates and changes
We may maintain, update, improve or reasonably change the service, including to address security, compatibility, law or platform requirements. Availability may be interrupted. We will not make changes that remove mandatory consumer rights, and material product changes will be communicated where required.
Liability
You remain responsible for decisions made using your plan. To the extent permitted by applicable law, AHC PRESSBURG s.r.o. is not liable for indirect or unforeseeable loss caused by use of, or inability to use, the service.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including mandatory consumer rights and liability for intent, gross negligence, injury or other protected matters where applicable.
Governing law and consumer protection
These Terms are governed by Slovak law. If you are a consumer, this choice does not deprive you of mandatory protections provided by the law of your country of habitual residence or any court rights that applicable consumer law gives you.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms for reasonable product, legal, security or operational reasons. The current version and effective date will be published here. Where required, we will provide additional notice before a material change takes effect.
