Health & Safety

A plan, not medical advice.

Reduce.Care helps you organize a plan you choose. It does not determine a medically correct target or replace professional care.

Last updated: 16 September 2026

General wellness and planning only

Reduce.Care is a general wellness and planning tool. It is not a medical device, medical treatment, diagnostic service, detox program or substitute for professional healthcare.

You choose the plan and can change, pause or stop it. Reduce.Care does not prescribe a dose, identify a safe level, monitor symptoms or determine whether a plan is suitable for you.

A displayed allowance should never be interpreted as a recommended or medically safe dose.

Alcohol

If you regularly drink a high amount or may be physically dependent on alcohol, suddenly stopping or significantly reducing can cause dangerous withdrawal symptoms and may require medical supervision.

Speak with a qualified healthcare professional before changing your intake if you have or may have alcohol dependence, have experienced withdrawal before, have a serious health condition, take medication, are pregnant, or have another circumstance that may affect safety.

Do not use Reduce.Care to create a detox schedule. If you have severe withdrawal symptoms or another urgent concern, seek urgent medical help or contact local emergency services.

Tobacco, vaping and nicotine

Reduce.Care can help organize a reduction plan you choose, but it is not smoking-cessation treatment. No displayed amount means that tobacco, vaping or nicotine use is safe.

For help with dependence or choosing an evidence-based cessation treatment, speak with a qualified healthcare professional or use a recognized cessation service in your country.

Caffeine and energy drinks

Sensitivity to caffeine and energy-drink ingredients varies. A significant change may cause withdrawal effects. Ask a qualified healthcare professional for advice if you have a health condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, take medication, or are unsure what is appropriate for you. Reduce.Care does not provide a personalized medical limit.

Food, snacks and Custom Cares

Reduce.Care is not intended to diagnose or treat an eating disorder, nutritional deficiency, or another medical or mental-health condition. A Custom Care does not turn the product into medical treatment.

If a reduction plan is harming your health, safety or relationship with food, stop relying on the plan as your only source of guidance and seek qualified professional help.

NEXT, AVAILABLE and PASS

These states organize the timing of your chosen plan. They are not medical recommendations, safety findings or instructions to consume something. You can always pass, pause or change your plan.

Emergency

Reduce.Care does not provide emergency monitoring or emergency response.

It does not watch you, detect an emergency or contact help. For an urgent health or safety problem, contact local emergency services or a qualified healthcare professional now.
